CCR (Consumer Confidence Report) for FY 2017

We’re pleased to present to you this year’s Annual Quality Water Report. This report is designed to inform you about the quality water and services we deliver to you every day. Our constant goal is to provide you with a safe and dependable supply of drinking water. We want you to understand the efforts we make to continually improve the water treatment process and protect our water resources. We are committed to providing you with information because informed customers are our best allies. Our water source is from wells drawing from the Lower Wilcox Aquifer.   The source water assessment has been completed for our public water system to determine the overall susceptibility of its drinking water  supply to identify potential sources of contamination. A report containing detailed information on how the susceptibility determinations were made has been furnished to our public water system and is available for viewing upon request. The wells for the Town of Tunica have received moderate rankings in terms of susceptibility to contamination.  If you have any questions about this report or concerning your water utility, please contact Chuck Cariker, Mayor at 662.363.2432. We want our valued customers to be informed about their water utility. If you want to learn more, please join us at any of our regularly scheduled meetings. They are held on the first & third Tuesdays of the month at 3:00 PM at Town Hall.

New Payment Options

The Town of Tunica has new and improved payment options to pay your water and sewer bills.  In addition to paying in person, bank draft, or by mail, payments can be made by credit or debit card in office, online, or by phone.  A 3% convenience fee is added and collected by the card processing company.  We accept most major credit cards.  American Express is not accepted.

Refer to your bill to enter name, 9-digit account number, and amount due.  Click “Pay by Card” and choose the option to Login to My Account, Create My Account, or Continue as a Guest.  For 1st time users create an account by using your email address for User ID and creating a password.  

Pay by Phone

Call toll free (888) 365-6572, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to make a payment with a credit or debit card.  You will need the 9-digit account number to make payment.

To ensure payment is correctly processed, please make payable to Town of Tunica and include your account number on check or money order. 

**A secure drop box is located beside the front door for payments made after hours.  The box is checked daily at 8 am and 1 pm during the work week.  Please be sure payment is secured in an envelope with proper account information.
